Shared Value Africa (SVA) is a management and consulting firm offering products and services throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. SVA implements and invests in commercially driven projects that address socio-environmental risks through equitable partnerships.  SVA specializes in designing and implementing market-driven approaches that meet the pressing need for energy, access to finance, nutrition, health and communications in low-income communities throughout Africa.

The overall objective of SVA is to promote commercial approaches that reduce the “poverty tax”, the phenomenon whereby the poorest pay the most for basic services.  To achieve this aim, SVA focuses on delivering affordable and practical solutions for satisfying basic needs without compromising health or the natural environment.
